About Crossroads Mini Aussies

Hello and welcome! My name is Jennie Harrison, and I am the breeder behind Crossroads Mini Aussies, LLC. We are a small, family-run breeder of Toy Australian Shepherd and Mini Australian Shepherd puppies in Nixa, Missouri, serving families throughout Southwest Missouri and beyond. Our name, inspired by Missouri's nickname as the 'Crossroads of America', reflects our location and mission: to help people and pups find their perfect path together.

What started as a love for the Australian Shepherd breed quickly grew into a commitment to preserving the intelligence, beauty, athleticism, and wonderful temperament that make these dogs so special. Toy and Mini Australian Shepherds are the perfect balance of intelligence, loyalty, and companionship. They are eager to learn, eager to please, and thrive as active members of the family. We fell in love with their exceptional intelligence, devotion to their families, playful personalities, beautiful colors and markings, and versatility as companions.

We believe responsible breeding starts long before puppies are born. Our focus is on health, temperament, structure, genetic soundness, and early socialization. Every breeding decision is carefully planned with the goal of producing healthy, confident puppies that will thrive in their future homes. We breed for quality over quantity.

Our dogs are members of our family first. Puppies are born and raised inside our home where they are exposed to everyday sights, sounds, and experiences from the beginning. They receive daily interaction, age-appropriate enrichment, and lots of love and attention. By the time they leave for their new families, our puppies have already begun developing the confidence and social skills needed to become wonderful companions.
